Unidine is hiring immediately for a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.

• Location:
  
  Mary Campbell Center - 4641 Weldin Road, Wilmington, DE 19803
• Schedule:
  
  Full time schedule, Monday – Friday, hours may vary. Must be able to work every other weekend.
• Requirement:
  Supervisor experience required.
• Pay Range: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor, develop employees and encourage them to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
