Responsibilities include completing daily work orders and assisting the Maintenance Director in maintaining grounds, facility, and equipment in compliance with state and CMS guidelines.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of maintenance experience in a long-term care setting, a high school or trade diploma in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing, and is a self-starter
