We are seeking a Corporate Accounts Manager to lead and manage assigned accounts, promote Solenis value, build customer loyalty, and achieve revenue and profit growth. The role develops account strategies, ensures effective communication across the organization, and interacts at executive levels. The focus is on operational excellence to optimize operations for two corporate accounts in the Eastern United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and execute growth strategy aligned with global marketing
  • Lead value-added sales for large multi-location accounts
  • Achieve revenue and gross profit objectives; optimize profitability through portfolio management and pricing
  • Maintain viable pipeline with opportunities at various stages
  • Develop and communicate account plans and lead cross-divisional project teams
  • Build strong internal relationships at Solenis and with clients (plant to headquarters level)
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and monitor competitive trends
  • Train, mentor, and guide teams on account objectives
Qualifications
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, pulp and paper science, or related field, or comparable experience
  • Experience:

    5+ years in technical sales; 2‑5 years interacting with senior executive clients
  • Knowledge:
    Pulp and paper industry (essential); manufacturing/chemical sectors (asset)
  • Travel: 60‑70%
