As a Commercial Sheet Metal Superintendent, you manage and schedule the tradesmen on various projects. You evaluate the quality of their work at each phase of construction and confirm that proper procedures are being followed. You communicate project status to the project manager and general contractor. You find the role engaging and derive satisfaction from exceeding goals for quality and timing while helping achieve revenue goals.

• At least 8 years of commercial Sheet Metal install experience in new construction applications.
• Experience managing tradesmen and subcontractors.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver s license.
• Acceptable driving record.
• Excellent leadership skills.

This full-time site superintendent position typically works Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Overtime can be expected during peak periods.
