Corporate Accounting Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Accounting Manager with a strong foundation in manufacturing finance and a go-getter attitude. This role is ideal for an up-and-coming leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to mentor and supervise a growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor a team including AR/AP staff and a newly hired staff accountant.
• Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture.

Accounting Operations:

• Oversee all transactional accounting functions including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Manage traditional month-end close processes and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP.

Systems & Process Management:

• Utilize SAP for financial operations and reporting.
• Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Strategic Contributions:

• Support risk management and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required).
• Strong understanding of debits and credits; hands-on accounting experience.

Active CPA license or substantial manufacturing industry experience (required).

• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience, with a proven ability to mentor and develop staff.
• Proficiency in SAP and experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, energetic personality.
