Product Operations Enablement Director

Join the Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) Product & Experience and Technology (PXT) organization as we continue a multi-year journey to refine our Product Operating Model, transitioning from a highly standardized, waterfall project-based operating model into a decentralized Agile model with over 100 autonomous products. Our largest priorities impact multiple products, portfolios, and lines of business which require more consistent ways of working across the organization.

We are building a team to enable these new ways of working at scale by focusing on the adoption of necessary processes and supporting tooling solutions, in addition to leading the execution against these priorities in some cases.

As Product Operations Enablement Director - Executive Director, within the CCB Product Operations organization, you will be responsible for leading an enablement function to either teach the organization how to execute new scaled ways of working or, in some cases, lead the execution to facilitate the delivery of our largest strategic priorities. You will be directly responsible for multiple teams of coaches and subject matter experts, each aligned to strategic priorities and portfolios.

You will be a visionary leader of character, with a proven ability to manage leaders, influence executive stakeholders, and align diverse groups toward common goals. Additionally, you will have experience driving cultural and behavioral change at scale by introducing new ways of working, coaching large organizations through adoption, and inspiring confidence in new changes through facilitation. You have an understanding of a strategic vision, advanced operational expertise, and a customer-centric approach to meet teams where they are operationally and guide them towards continuous improvement as they deliver the organization's strategic goals.

• Teach large program teams how to execute Discovery, Planning, and Delivery across products and lines of business

• Drive integration and connectivity across products and portfolios, breaking down silos, and fostering collaboration across the organization

• Lead multiple teams of coaches and facilitators responsible for teaching teams new ways of working across a matrixed organization, shifting the organization from disparate ways of working to value-aligned thinking and execution

• Champion and lead adoption of enterprise-wide change initiatives, driving adoption of new PDLC best practices, processes, tools, and ways of working across all impacted teams and portfolios

• Observe and share opportunities to continuously improve operational frameworks, governance structures, and tooling solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness at scale

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior and executive leadership, providing strategic insights, transparent reporting, and proactive risk management. Communicate context, strategy, and value proposition to inspire motivation and alignment

• Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing leaders and teams, cultivating a culture of integrity, accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement

• Oversee the identification, escalation, and resolution of risks and issues that may impact program or portfolio performance, ensuring blockers are addressed

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field

• 10+ years of experience in product management, program management, or portfolio operations within a large, matrixed organization

• Leadership experience with large-scale Agile and/or Product Operating Model transformations

• Expertise in multiple delivery frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SaFE, Lean, Theory of Constraints, Product Development Flow, etc.)

• Deep expertise in Product Development Lifecycle methodologies, operational frameworks, and governance

• Experience as a key contributor in a product development role (e.g., product manager, software engineer, designer, etc.)

• Demonstrated experience managing multiple teams and large-scale, cross-functional programs impacting multiple products or portfolios

• Proven track record of leading leaders, developing talent, and driving organizational transformation

• Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, and strategic problem-solving skills

• Ability to influence, align, and rally large, diverse groups toward common enterprise goals

• Experience in financial services or a highly regulated industry

• Familiarity with banking, finance, and digital experience products, platforms, and organizational structure

• Advanced data analysis, reporting, and executive presentation skills
