Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for a large-scale commercial real estate portfolio.
  • Oversee property management, leasing, and project management to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of property managers, leasing professionals, and support staff.
  • Optimize property income, occupancy, and value through proactive leasing and tenant retention strategies.
  • Build and nurture strong tenant relationships, ensuring superior service and fast resolution of operational issues.
  • Coordinate with legal, governmental, and external stakeholders on leases, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee vendor management, capital improvement projects, and major renovations.
  • Partner with finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and investment analysis.
  • Identify and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, asset performance, and long-term profitability.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management as necessary.
Must-Have Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial property management / operations
  • Prior commercial property management / operations experience in a Director or VP-level leadership role
  • Proven history managing significant commercial, retail, and office portfolios.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams of property professionals.
