Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and direction for a large-scale commercial real estate portfolio.
- Oversee property management, leasing, and project management to achieve business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of property managers, leasing professionals, and support staff.
- Optimize property income, occupancy, and value through proactive leasing and tenant retention strategies.
- Build and nurture strong tenant relationships, ensuring superior service and fast resolution of operational issues.
- Coordinate with legal, governmental, and external stakeholders on leases, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee vendor management, capital improvement projects, and major renovations.
- Partner with finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and investment analysis.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, asset performance, and long-term profitability.
- Perform other duties assigned by management as necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial property management / operations
- Prior commercial property management / operations experience in a Director or VP-level leadership role
- Proven history managing significant commercial, retail, and office portfolios.
- Experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams of property professionals.
