The Role
As the front door for Capital One, the Branch and Café Team (BCT) is composed of approximately 2,500 associates who provide in-person support for our customers. The BCT Chief of Staff team delivers support for strategic projects, routine management, and associate experience programs. As a Principal Associate on this team, you will lead and support strategic business projects that directly impact our Branch and Café organization.
We are seeking a highly organized individual with a proven ability to drive organizational priorities and execute on critical business routines.
Working with the Senior Manager, Chief of Staff, this role executes on key components including associate experience, people leadership forums, planning and executing large events, as well as tracking organizational goals and supporting senior leaders with telling the story of our team.
Candidates should have an engaging executive presence, exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills, expertise in relationship-building, experience with building engaging presentations and the ability to manage multiple projects didates should be excited about positively impacting the experience of our associates and people leaders serving in customer-facing roles.
Summary Of Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end support of routines and events from ideation through production, including executive meetings, town halls, speaking engagements, and people leadership forums
- Collaborate with partners on the design and execution of programming, recognition campaigns, and inclusive initiatives tailored for the Branch and Café associates and people leaders
- Plan, design, and execute medium to large-scale projects to support leadership priorities, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and budgets are met
- Maintain trackers to monitor the health of organizational priorities and track progress toward senior leadership goals
- Integrate data and associate feedback into compelling visual presentations and communications for all levels
- Partner with L&D to bring learning and development opportunities to our associates and people leaders
- Serve as a thought partner to Branch and Café leaders by proactively identifying ways to streamline business routines and enhance information sharing across the organization
- Forge strong relationships with cross-functional partners, including Learning and Development and Communications, to ensure delivery of commitments within the broader needs of the Channels and Operations organization

QualificationsBasic Qualifications
