Job Description
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to define project scope and objectives.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
- Monitor project performance and proactively address potential risks or issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
