Job Description

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to define project scope and objectives.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Monitor project performance and proactively address potential risks or issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-efficiency.
• Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
