Your role involves navigating complex challenges, applying creative problem-solving to deliver customer-centered solutions, and managing risk through effective controls. You will lead a team,fosteringcollaborationandempoweringthem to achieve operational excellence.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Demonstrate advancedexpertisein financial product strategy, including defining customer-backed product direction andvalidatingthrough controlled tests.
  • Exhibitproficiencyin analytical thinking, with the ability to critically evaluate data and translate insights into actionable strategies that enhance revenue and margin.
  • Apply advanced skills inmarketand customer data and behavioranalysisto assess competitive dynamics and regulatory signals, guiding strategic positioning and investment decisions.

  • 7+ years of experience or equivalentexpertisein leading cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and lifecycle management in a financial services environment.
