Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead SAP ERP solution delivery by engaging with clients to identify needs and new opportunities.
• Develop and execute account/portfolio strategies aligned with client goals.
• Drive revenue growth through consultative selling, strategic proposals, and pipeline management.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and anticipate market trends.
• Build strong client relationships and drive joint business planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional/global teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery and coordinate internal teams for effective execution.
• Apply creative problem-solving in dynamic environments.

• Strong SAP ERP knowledge with experience in solution delivery and portfolio management.
• Expertise in sales lifecycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
• Ability to articulate value propositions and drive business growth.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills (including virtual platforms).
• Ability to build trust, understand client needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
• Strong planning, forecasting, and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Effective negotiation and influencing skills with a focus on exceeding targets.
