We are seeking a seasoned leader to manage a team of Portfolio Owners and deliver a series of initiatives from ideation through discovery, development, and delivery.
- Partners with key business, product, and tech stakeholders across the Enterprise to manage dependencies, identify opportunities, and reconcile competing priorities.
- Partners with Product and Business leaders to create, manage, and prioritize product strategy, OKRs, backlog, and roadmap.
- Oversees Program Analysis and Reporting; leverages insights to inform improvement opportunities.
- Leads continual agile and operational transformation, partnering with product to adopt industry‑best practices.
- Supports key internal processes, including Change at PNC, project funding and staffing, budgeting, etc.; manages budget tracking and burndown for the Servicing Product Team.
- Drives annual planning process for the team.
- Develops tracking, identifies, and implements efficiency strategies across the product and tech organization.
- Supports Head of Servicing Product to develop and deliver senior‑leadership updates.
- Familiarity with product development tools such as Adobe, Tableau, Fig Jam, JIRA, Confluence, and Figma.

Job Description- Manages and leads portfolio managers to ensure success in the execution of organizational portfolios in support of corporate strategy. No requirement for portfolio size.
- Manages and assesses the development and approval process for strategic initiative governance for assigned portfolios.
- Monitors the development and review of analysis and reporting information related to key strategic portfolio milestones.
- Oversight and accountability for the overall portfolio budget while working to ensure success of the portfolio.
- Coaches and develops portfolio managers. Works across multi‑disciplinary functions, and manages vendor relationships to ensure success of the portfolio. Consults with project and program managers/teams as needed.
