Role Overview

Senior Manager, Product Manager – Migration Strategy & Ecosystem Readiness leads the strategy and execution of Capital One’s Bank Modernization efforts. The role translates program vision into a seamless migration strategy for millions of customers, defining scope, simplification strategies, and target‑state experiences while ensuring the broader ecosystem—including operational processes, associate servicing, training, and customer communications—is prepared for the migration journey.

• Define migration scope, simplification strategies, and target‑state customer and business experiences.
• Guide product analysis, business rules, and future‑state design decisions.
• Act as the primary quarterback, ensuring the ecosystem (operations, associate servicing, training, communications) supports associates and customers throughout migration.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment.
• Communicate strategy and progress to senior leadership, stakeholders, and partners.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent business/marketing degree.
• Minimum four years of product management experience if holding a bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products.
• Background in banking or financial services product management.
