For our client, we are seeking a Capital Execution And Center Of Excellence Leader to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross‑functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency.

The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a manufacturing environment.

Location:

Wilmington, DE - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $239,229 – $373,795 annually

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement capital planning strategies aligned with business goals
  • Manage Chemours' capital portfolio from start to finish, ensuring strategic alignment
  • Lead project governance and decision‑making processes for capital projects
  • Adapt project management methodologies based on project needs and complexity
  • Allocate resources effectively across the capital portfolio, incorporating outsourcing strategies
  • Head the COE team to elevate project controls and capital management practices
  • Engage stakeholders to promote alignment and support for capital initiatives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 15+ years of leadership in industrial capital project management
  • Expertise in project controls, scheduling, and early engineering processes
  • In‑depth knowledge of project management methodologies, preferably PMP
  • Strong alignment of technical initiatives with strategic business objectives
  • Demonstrated change leadership and organizational transformation skills
  • Exceptional skills in communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment
