- Define and execute a cohesive global HR service delivery strategy aligned to enterprise and business unit priorities.
- Champion modernization of HR service delivery through technology, automation, and process redesign.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including significant experience in global HR operations or service delivery roles.
- Proven track record leading large-scale, global service delivery or shared services organizations.
- Deep expertise in multiple areas: payroll, HR operations, PMO, and facilities.
- Experience working with executive leadership teams and influencing enterprise strategy.
- Demonstrated success leading geographically dispersed teams in complex, matrixed environments.
Demonstrates extensive HR leadership experience with a focus on global HR operations and service delivery. Proven ability to drive modernization through technology and process redesign while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
