To be successful in this role you should have experience with:

• Syndicated Lending:
  Knowledge of the syndicated loan lifecycle, including deal setup, servicing, agency responsibilities, and operational processes
• Supporting highly detailed business, operational, or technology transformation programs from inception through implementation, ensuring delivery against timelines and goals
• Partnering with Operations, Technology, Front Office, Risk, and Compliance teams to drive strategies and process improvements.
• Process Improvement and Transformation
  
  Experience:
  
  identifying operational efficiencies, implementing scalable solutions, and managing change within a lending or financial services environment.

• Knowledge of ACBS and familiarity with ACBS loan accounting and servicing platforms, including facility and deal management processes in the Agency and Participation space
• Knowledge of LIQ and using LIQ for syndicated loan servicing, trade settlement, and loan operations activities
