A top, private residential home builder is looking to hire a Residential Homebuilding Purchasing Manager
. They offer great compensation along with full benefits and profit sharing! This Purchasing Manager position requires a minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Residential Homebuilding Purchasing Manager.
- Review budgets for errors and correct as necessary
- Confirm that all options and selections have been included on the purchase orders
- Control costs by carefully reviewing all starts to avoid "extras"
- Generate monthly base home budget reports
- Lead weekly team meetings
