Position Overview
The SEC Reporting Manager will lead critical aspects of external reporting, SEC filings, technical accounting disclosures, and team development while playing a key role in a growing function expected to add multiple SEC and Accounting Policy professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the preparation and review of quarterly and annual SEC filings, including financial statements and footnote disclosures
- Lead, mentor, and develop SEC Reporting professionals
- Monitor emerging accounting and disclosure requirements and assess reporting impacts
- Oversee peer benchmarking and public company disclosure analysis
- Partner with Investor Relations on earnings releases and non-GAAP reporting
- Manage Workiva reporting processes and XBRL filings
- Prepare reporting materials for executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Maintain and enhance SOX controls related to external reporting
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 6-8+ years of public accounting & SEC reporting
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Proven leadership, communication, and project management skills
