Position Overview

The SEC Reporting Manager will lead critical aspects of external reporting, SEC filings, technical accounting disclosures, and team development while playing a key role in a growing function expected to add multiple SEC and Accounting Policy professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the preparation and review of quarterly and annual SEC filings, including financial statements and footnote disclosures
  • Lead, mentor, and develop SEC Reporting professionals
  • Monitor emerging accounting and disclosure requirements and assess reporting impacts
  • Oversee peer benchmarking and public company disclosure analysis
  • Partner with Investor Relations on earnings releases and non-GAAP reporting
  • Manage Workiva reporting processes and XBRL filings
  • Prepare reporting materials for executive leadership and key stakeholders
  • Maintain and enhance SOX controls related to external reporting
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 6-8+ years of public accounting & SEC reporting
  • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
  • Proven leadership, communication, and project management skills
