• Proven experience leading both front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant teams

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation and willingness to support multiple locations within the region

• Experience with multi-unit operations or new restaurant openings
• Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are a plus
• Familiarity with restaurant management systems or POS software

• Lead, coach, and develop restaurant leaders and team members to ensure excellence at every level
• Oversee daily operations, upholding hospitality, cleanliness, safety, and brand standards
• Manage P&L, drive sales, control costs, and analyze financial performance to identify improvements
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences and resolve concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Partner with culinary and senior leadership to maintain food quality and support new initiatives
• Mentor emerging leaders and build bench strength for future company growth
