• Preparation of internal product documentation, e.g. product specifications, recipes in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Preparation of documentation submitted by the customer in accordance with customer requirements and applicable regulations.
• Coordination of packaging preparation, modification (film, label layouts?)
• Preparation of product samples in cooperation with the production and packaging department
• Customer contact in the context of product preparation or complaints in connection with product documentation or product packaging
• Participation and involvement in department projects
• Interdepartmental cooperation (slaughtering, cutting, packaging, sales, purchasing, QM, IT)
• Assistance in improving operational processes

• Completed vocational training or comparable professional experience in the food industry or in the commercial sector
• Safe handling of MS Office applications
• Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new software
• Very good written and spoken German, other languages desirable
• Resilience, ability to work in a team, high level of commitment
• Independent, goal-oriented and reliable, precise way of working
