** Chemical Operator
** to join our
** Specialty Ingredients G.P Business at our Wilmington, DE.
** This position will report to Plant Manager.
** The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
*** Maintain compliance with all health, safety, environmental procedures and guidelines
* Supervise shift operations, provide guidance to shift leads.
* Oversee Planning and Logistics activities.
* Manage product workflow from raw material receiving to product shipment.
* Managing the workflow of employees, creating team schedules
* Perform all necessary SAP transactions
** In order to be qualified for this role, you*
* *** must possess**
* ** the following:
*** High School Diploma or equivalent
* SAP experience
* Demonstrates good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
* Must possess a high level of mechanical aptitude
* Ability to clearly record observations in a written form
* Ability to follow and complete written directions
* Need to be able to work around strong magnets
** The following skill sets are*
* *** preferred**
* ** by the business unit**:
* GMP or Chemical Manufacturing experience
* Fork lift experience
* General Computer experience
