Associate - Inventory - A &B Shift

Shift Schedule

• A Shift: Monday – Friday, 6am PST – 3:30pm PST
• B Shift: Monday – Friday, 3pm PST – 12:30am PST

• Continuous improvement: evaluate, monitor, and elevate roadblocks that could cause downstream defects; support root cause analysis and problem solving.
• Operate heavy equipment safely, with knowledge of mechanics, safety procedures, and maintenance; move heavy parts/material throughout facilities.
• Unload and inspect shipments from carriers; visually examine packages according to SOPs and determine acceptability.
• Perform quality‑control checks by reviewing part‑number requirements and following SOPs.
• Document receipts and work orders; upload, store, and close out receipts using the inventory management system.
• Enter data into the inventory management tool, reading modules and data needed for fulfillment tasks.
• Identify appropriate packaging for parts, wrap and store parts correctly during manufacturing workflow.
• Sort, stage, and move containers (packages, boxes, crates) while ensuring they are secured to prevent loss.
• Label and mark parts with identifiers per SOP to track through the workflow.
• Store parts according to SOP, and audit storage areas to maintain organization.

• Minimum 2+ years of fulfillment center operations experience, including receiving and inventory functions.
• Strict adherence to safety protocols, including PPE use, safe operating procedures, and participation in safety training.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• World‑class quality mindset, attention to detail, dedication, and strong communication skills in a technical environment.
• Mathematical skills (percentages, area, volume, unit conversions) and analytical ability to define problems, collect data, and draw conclusions.
• Capability to derive inventory requirements from drawings, specifications, and bills of material.
• Ability to earn trust, maintain positive relationships, and contribute to an inclusive culture.
