• Operate various machines in the plant including tumble blast wheel, planetary table wheel, swing table wheel.
• Operate blast room elements including pressure pot, elevator screw auger assembly and controls.
• Check parts prior to shot peening operation for damage, dings, dents, scratches etc. Report defects to supervisor prior to operation.
• Wear all required protective clothing, including steel‑toed shoes, welding gloves and air‑supplied helmet as necessary.
• Understand and perform work to written instructions.
• Correctly complete all paperwork relative to process performed.

• Two year’s experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably operating a variety of machines to demonstrate understanding of operating steps and safety.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, and overtime when required.
• Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
