Manufacturing - Production Worker

QSSI's PEMCO Lighting Division in Wilmington, DE is seeking a dedicated Production/Manufacturing Associate to contribute to our fast-paced and innovative environment. As a key team member, you will be crucial in assembling and inspecting lighting products, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines, and maintaining efficient production processes.

• Deburring of aluminum parts and castings.
• Phosphating castings and aluminum shafts.
• Wrapping poles for shipment.
• Assemble and inspect LED arrays to be used in outdoor light fixtures.
• Make sure that the workstation is clean and free of hazardous materials.
• Assembles product parts by hand or power tools such as a drill.
• Affixes labels, company logos, and other exterior details to products.
• Unloads and loads shipments.
• Other duties as needed.
• Adheres to all safety guidelines dictating the production and handling of materials in the factory.

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
• Unpaid 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks provided based on business needs.
• No travel required for this position.

• Warehouse setting with moderate to heavy physical activity.
• Handling of fragile products may be required.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 or more years experience in a manufacturing or factory setting is required.
