Column Loading Operator

Job Title

Shift time: 2nd Shift;
Mon – Thurs, 3:10 pm - 1:40 am (10 Hr/Day) Off Friday.

Perform column loading and assembly tasks in a clean, lab-like production environment

Accurately measure and dispense solvents/chemicals into columns using automated machinery

Operate and monitor computer-controlled equipment to ensure proper process execution

Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail during all tasks

Adhere strictly to safety guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area

Participate in safety training and comply with all regulatory standards

The ideal candidate will have:

1–3 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a similar production environment

Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly or production processes

Comfortable handling chemicals and working in a controlled lab setting

Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate automated systems

Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset

Ability to follow structured processes and safety protocols

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
