Job Description Position Summary
Starting pay $18.00/hr
Essential Functions- Operate various filling, packaging, and warehouse equipment including liquid fillers, sealing equipment, forklift, pallet jack, and shrink/stretch wrap machine.
- Work as part of a team to perform duties such as product filling (both liquid and solid material), labeling, box making and stacking final product on pallets.
- Inspect final products to ensure all quality standards are met.
- Identify ways to improve the production output process.
- Assist in training lower level Production Technicians.
- Keep work areas clean and orderly at all times.
- Perform other related duties, as directed by Lead Person, Supervisor or Plant Management.
- 1
-2 years experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting - Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Demonstrate attention-to-detail, problem solving, and ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to perform tasks requiring repetitive motion and standing for long periods of time
- Experience in the chemical, pharma, or engineered materials processing industries
