Pay: $21.50 per hour

Hours: Monday - Friday: 4pm - 1am

King City Gardens (KCG) is a rapidly growing cannabis company founded in 2023, and we’re just getting started! We are a Level 1 cultivator serving both the medical and recreational cannabis markets, operating out of a 60,000 square foot facility, with 25,000 square feet currently under canopy and only plans to keep expanding. Production Technicians are the building blocks of our team, playing a hands-on role in manufacturing cannabis products from initial processing through final packaging. This role involves working on a high-volume manual production line, handling materials, assembling products, and preparing finished goods for distribution to dispensaries. They help keep daily operations running efficiently by meeting production goals, maintaining product quality, and following established safety, hygiene, and production standards.

• Handle and manipulate flower and oil throughout the production process.
• Weigh, stuff, and roll products according to established procedures.
• Label, sticker, and package finished goods.
• Meet established cycle times and production targets.
• Work efficiently on a high-volume manual production assembly line while meeting individual and team performance goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area throughout the production process.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to learn and adapt to different strains, products, processes, and production methods.
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining product quality.
• Ability to maintain high standards of health, hygiene, and workplace safety.
• Ability to follow instructions, established procedures, and company standards.
• Receptive to feedback and coaching from management to maintain product quality and meet production expectations.

• 1+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing position.
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing consumable goods.
• Working knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Experience in the cannabis, food manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or other regulated production industries.

• Must be capable of standing or sitting for long periods
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs
• Must have full dexterity and range of motion in the hands and fingers for precise handling of materials.
• Must be able to perform repetitive movements with the hands and arms for extended periods.
• Must be willing and able to wear all mandatory Personal Protective Equipment provided
