- Location:
Remote; CST or EST hours - Duration: 12‑month consulting project

- Lead Marketing Strategy based on insights and business direction
- Pull together top level marketing metrics to inform ongoing marketing
- Create presentations articulating strategy, wins, metrics and future state
- POC with the Business, Legal, Control, MTD, Internal Creative Agency to drive Marketing efforts forward
- Manage budget and execution capacity
- Manage 2 contractors; direct report to Director in Marketing
- Prior experience in leading Marketing programs
- Strong communication skills; presence and ability to influence and support key stakeholders
- Analytical mindset, big‑picture thinking
- Strong presentation skills
- Skilled at PowerPoint presentations and story‑telling; proficiency with Excel
- Financial Services experience
- Bachelor’s degree

Pay range for this position is $60‑$70 per hour. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. BLEND
