As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will support the Director in advising clients, conducting analyses, and implementing strategies to optimize their online business performance. You will have the chance to learn from industry experts while contributing directly to impactful projects.

• Assist the Director of E-commerce in managing a portfolio of enterprise fashion clients.
• Perform analyses of website performance, revenue trends, and conversion rates.
• Develop tailored strategies for e-commerce, site merchandising, and marketing.
• Support clients in implementing platform enhancements and strategic initiatives.

• Experience in e-commerce operations, site merchandising, or customer success.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Interest in fashion and e-commerce.
