NATIONAL ALLIANCE ON MENTAL ILLNESS DELAWARE is seeking a Program Manager to lead statewide planning, development, implementation, and quality oversight of mental health programs and community initiatives, including CIT, education and support programs, and the Help Line.
The role supervises interns and volunteers, cultivates relationships with community partners, maintains accurate program records and reporting, and ensures services are effective and aligned with organizational goals.
