Opera Delaware seeks an experienced and relationship-focused Director of Development to lead the organization’s fundraising program and advance its contributed-revenue goals. The role reports to the General Director and collaborates with the Board and staff to execute a comprehensive development strategy across major gifts, grants, annual giving, and events.
The Director will manage donor portfolios, develop fundraising goals and metrics, and ensure accurate reporting using Cue Box CRM.
