Job Summary (Primary function):

The Director, Incyte Inclusion & Foundation leads the strategic direction, operations, and impact of the Incyte Foundation of both Incyte’s workplace inclusion efforts and the Incyte Foundation.

This role is responsible for advancing programs and initiatives that foster an inclusive workplace culture while evolving and executing the Foundation's philanthropic strategy, overseeing charitable investments, grantmaking, sponsor ships, community partnerships, and employee engagement through volunteerism and giving programs.

Serving as the Foundation's primary leader and external ambassador, the Director builds and maintains strong relationships with nonprofit organizations, healthcare institutions, educational partners, community leaders, and other key stakeholders. The role works closely with the Foundation Review Committee and cross-functional partners to ensure the Foundation's priorities align with community needs, deliver measurable impact, and reflect Incyte’s values and mission. The role also serves as the connective leader across Incyte's global inclusion, community engagement, and Foundation-related activities, helping align efforts, share best practices, and strengthen the organization's collective impact.

Reporting jointly to the CHRO and to the VP, HRBP, Corporate Functions and Global Talent Management COE, the Director provides strategic leadership for Incyte’s inclusion and philanthropic efforts. The role partners across the organization to strengthen workforce culture, community engagement, employee involvement, and Incyte’s reputation as a responsible corporate citizen.

• Workplace Inclusion Strategy & Initiatives
• Lead the development and execution of Incyte's workplace inclusion strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational values, business priorities, and talent objectives.
• Partner with Human Resources, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to embed inclusive practices throughout the employee experience.
• Design and advance programs, initiatives, and educational opportunities that strengthen belonging, collaboration, and employee engagement across the organization.
• Lead global inclusion governance, including cross-functional working groups and strategic forums, to drive alignment, accountability, and progress against priorities.
• Establish goals, metrics, and reporting processes to evaluate the effectiveness and organizational impact of workplace inclusion initiatives.
• Analyze workforce insights, employee feedback, and external trends to identify opportunities and recommend meaningful actions.
• Collaborate with Communications and external partners to increase awareness, engagement, and adoption of inclusion initiatives while incorporating leading practices and emerging trends.

• Lead the ongoing review, refinement, and execution of the Foundation's vision, strategic priorities, and multi-year philanthropic roadmap.
• Identify opportunities to expand the Foundation's impact in areas aligned with community needs and organizational priorities while increasing connectivity, visibility, and collaboration across community and Foundation-related activities globally.
• Lead the annual planning process, establish goals and success metrics, and monitor progress against objectives.
• Provide strategic counsel to executive leadership regarding philanthropy, community engagement, and social impact initiatives.
• Prepare and present Foundation updates, impact reports, and recommendations to executive leadership and governance committees.
• Ensure strong stewardship of Foundation resources and charitable investments.

• Serve as the primary representative and spokesperson for the Incyte Foundation within the community, including representing Incyte at community, nonprofit, and Foundation-related events, as appropriate.
