Post Operative Registered Nurse (RN) - Day/Evening

We are currently seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for the Center for Advanced Joint Replacement. The Center for Advanced Joint Replacement is a 30-bed inpatient unit, located at our Wilmington Hospital in Delaware, specializing in the care of knee and hip replacement patients. This department requires a nurse with a strong focus on customer service. We seek someone who can handle a fast pace and is willing to be flexible.

Teamwork is essential. This is a surgical inpatient unit for elective surgery, with a primary focus on joint replacement and bariatric surgery. This unit also receives ENT & plastic surgery patients.

• BSN strongly preferred or required to obtain within three years.
• One year of acute care experience required; equivalent combination of experience will be considered.
• BLS required.

This is 72 hours per pay period. The position will consist of , 11-1930 and 11-2330. These are combinations of 8, 10 and 12 hour shifts.

$41.28 - $66.05. This pay rate/range represents Christiana Care’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including, without limitation, skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
