Registered Nurse (RN) – Hospice

Acts Hospice is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary team.

• Coordinate the implementation of each hospice plan of care.
• Ensure the needs of hospice participants and families are met according to the attending physician’s orders and the IDT Plan of Care.
• Advocate and educate for improved care of all people who are terminally ill.

• Current State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2–3 years experience in hospice or a transferable clinical venue such as home care, geriatrics, or oncology.
• Current or eligible for certification in CPR.
• Certification in hospice and palliative nursing within two years of employment is strongly encouraged.

• Pay Range: $43.00 – $43.00 per hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
