Registered Nurse (RN) – 4W Medical Surgical Unit (Full-Time) – Rotating Day/Night shift: 7 a.m.–7 p.m. or 7 p.m.–7:30 a.m. with 20% Night Shift Differential Pay, weekends and holidays per department guidelines. (Wilmington, DE)
Christiana Care – Wilmington Hospital is looking for an experienced RN to join our 4‑Week (4W) Medical Surgical Unit, which offers a diverse patient population that includes general surgery, orthopedics, plastics, bariatric surgery, trauma, and medical patients requiring telemetry monitoring. Our knowledgeable nursing team provides high‑quality patient care in a supportive, positive atmosphere.

- RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware.
- BSN required or commitment to obtaining a BSN within three years of hire date.
- One year of nursing experience in an acute care setting.
- BLS certification required.
Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 – $66.05 (competitive based on experience and qualifications).
