7p – 7a. Weekend & Holidays per department guidelines.

Christiana Care - Wilmington Hospital seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our 4W Medical Surgical Unit. The unit serves a diverse patient population that includes general surgery, orthopedics, plastics, bariatric surgery, trauma, and medical patients requiring telemetry monitoring. Nurses have opportunities to learn new skills, expand clinical knowledge, and gain valuable experience in a fast‑paced environment.

- RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in Delaware.
- BSN required or commitment to obtain BSN within three years of hire.
- One year of nursing experience in a hospital acute care setting.
- BLS certification.
Hourly pay range: $41.28 – $66.05 (actual salary within this range will depend on skills, experience, qualifications).
