Registered Nurse (RN) – 4N Medical Stepdown Day Shift –
Hours:
7a – 7p. Weekend & holidays per department guidelines.
Christiana Care – Wilmington Hospital in Wilmington, DE seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our 4N Medical Stepdown Unit. The Unit provides a fast‑paced learning environment for nurses, teaching ACLS certification and evidence‑based practices through varied acute and sub‑acute patient care.

- Delaware RN License or Compact Nursing License.
- BSN preferred or a commitment to obtain a BSN within 3 years of hire date.
- RN with 1–2 years of experience in acute or sub‑acute care (preferred).
Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 – $66.05. This range reflects an estimate of compensation at the time of posting; the final salary will depend on individual factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
