Duties / Responsibilities:
As a Registered Nurse II, this role will provide age-appropriate, patient-centered care OB and GYN in both virtual and in-person settings, using strong clinical knowledge to assess and address patient needs. This role includes delivering services such as care management, in person nurse visitsand triaging patients, while collaborating closely with providers to support examinations, procedures, and efficient clinic operations.
As a Registered Nurse II, will serve as a key liaison among patients, providers, and staff, ensuring clear communication, coordinating workflow, and responding to urgent situations. Will also support staff development through training and mentorship, participates in quality and compliance initiatives, and contributes to process improvement effortsall while maintaining a strong focus on safety, patient education, and high-quality care delivery.
Education Requirements:
- A graduate of a state approved or National League of Nursing accredited School of Nursing.
- Registered Nurse licensure or eligible for licensure in the state Delaware, Maryland or Pennsylvania & New Jersey depending on location of employment.
- Two years experience as a Registered Nurse, physician office experience is preferred.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred;
Associate Degree in Nursing (AND) will be considered with an agreement of completion of BSN in 3 years - Basic Life Support (BLS) required
