Accent Care is seeking a dedicated LPN/LVN to provide IPC Hospice care at Wilmington Hospital on a 3/12s night schedule (7:00pm–7:30am). The nurse will deliver nursing care under the supervision of a Hospice RN, assess needs, and implement the interdisciplinary plan of care to support patients and families.
The role requires an active LPN/LVN license, CPR certification, hospice or related nursing experience, and reliable transportation.
