Children & Families First is seeking a Nurse Home Visitor for the Nurse-Family Partnership program. You will provide comprehensive nursing services to mothers and babies in home or community settings, supporting families to build strengths and healthy caregiving skills.
Travel within New Castle County is required. You must be a registered nurse with an Associate's degree and an active RN license, CPR, and valid driver’s license; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
