Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Location: Wilmington, Delaware 19806

Schedule: Total 16 hours per week; 8‑hour shifts including weekends.

• Provide direct care and supervision to participants in a residential group home setting.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, secure, and recovery‑oriented environment that promotes growth and development.
• Facilitate participant growth toward independence in self‑care, daily living, socialization, and community integration.
• Participate in the development and implementation of participants’ recovery plans.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of Delaware.
• Ability to respond to disruptive behavior.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Knowledge and ability to provide hands‑on assistance with activities of daily living.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

• Ability to lift, carry, fold, bend, kneel, stack, stoop, and participate in direct intervention with participants.
• Ability to climb and descend stairs.
• Manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
• Proficiency in crisis intervention techniques during crisis situations.
