Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - DSL

$5,000 Sign on Bonus Full Time

$2,500 Sign on Bonus Part-time

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), the expectations would be:

  • Takes an active role in direct resident assessment, development of service plan, introductory and care.

  • Administers medication and/or treatment to residents

  • Communicates resident pertinent data to the appropriate responsible party.

  • Supervises and coordinates certified nursing aides in providing direct resident care in adherence to State and Federal guidelines.

  • Puts resident service first:
    Ensures that residents and responsible parties receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individuals' needs and rights.

  • The ability to be a flexible, caring, supportive team member

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:

  • Must be currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN) in the state of Delaware.

  • CPR Certification

  • Experience is preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.

  • Ability to build rapport with patients

  • Compassionate and caring demeanor
