Overview
Coral Springs Rehabilitation Facility in Wilmington, DE is hiring a Full-Time Nursing Scheduler. This position rate is based upon experience.
Responsibilities- Schedule staff to meet the needs of the facility.
- Ensure the company’s labor requirements and patient care hours (PPD) are met and that staffing reports are completed.
- Monitor overtime, open shifts, and collaborate with the nursing management team to review the daily, weekly, and monthly schedule.
- Review paid time off requests with the nursing management team.
- Work closely with the HR department to review position vacancies and maintain knowledge of Excel spreadsheets.
- Prior healthcare staffing experience required.
