Registered Nurse; RN - Medical Surgical​/Night Rotation

Overview

Registered Nurse (RN) - 4W Medical Surgical, FT rotating days and nights, 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. Day shift 7:00 am–7:00 pm;
Night shift 7:00 pm–7:30 am with 20% Night Shift Differential Pay. Weekend and holidays per department guidelines.

The Unit

4 West patient population includes specialties such as general surgery, orthopedics, plastics, bariatric surgery, trauma, and medical patients requiring telemetry monitoring. The unit supports learning new skills, expanding clinical knowledge, and gaining experience in a fast-paced environment with a collaborative nursing team that provides high-quality patient care.

Education & Experience Requirements

• RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware.
• BSN required or commitment to obtain a BSN within three years of hire date.
• One year of nursing experience in an acute care setting is required.
• BLS Certification is required.

Salary

Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05. This pay rate represents a good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Actual salary will depend on factors including skills, experience, and qualifications as they relate to job requirements.
