• Compensation: $90–$97/hour

The Columbus Organization is seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for a rewarding 1099 moonlighting opportunity in Wilminfton, Delaware. This role provides the unique chance to support youth within a secure residential environment by delivering high-quality psychiatric care, fostering emotional stability, and supporting their rehabilitation journey. The PMHNP will provide direct psychiatric services to adolescents in a structured treatment facility.

Hours are flexible, with a preference for two days a week.

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and ongoing mental health monitoring
• Provide medication evaluations and medication management
• Collaborate with residential facility leadership, clinical teams, and support staff
• Utilize trauma-informed and evidence-based approaches when working with youth
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility standards and regulatory requirements

• Active Delaware NP licensure (or ability to obtain)
• Prior experience working with child and adolescent populations strongly preferred
• Experience in residential, correctional, or behavioral health settings is a plus
