Christiana Care Wilmington Campus is offering an Emergency Department Fellowship Track for experienced RNs. The program provides didactic training, hands-on clinical rotations, and mentorship to prepare RNs for independent ED practice.

Applicants should have 1 year+ Med/Surg or Stepdown experience, a BSN preferred (or commitment within 3 years), and must obtain ACLS/PALS/TNCC during orientation. Shift includes weekends/holidays with comprehensive benefits.
