Our team delivers a high-quality, consultative experience for buyers. As a Buyer’s Agent, you’ll learn how to generate business, guide clients through the home-buying process, and build a sustainable real estate career with strong training, coaching, and team support.
Not licensed yet? No problem. If you’re approved, we can sponsor your pre-licensing class and take you step-by-step through the process so you can get licensed and start working with clients.
Responsibilities- Work with home buyers and home sellers to achieve home‑related goals.
- Generate and follow up with leads using proven scripts and systems.
- Consult, educate, and qualify buyers to understand goals and guide decisions.
- Schedule showings, show homes, and attend open houses.
- Support negotiations and coordinate communication to achieve the buyer’s goals.
- Manage required transaction documentation and help ensure a smooth closing.
- Track activity, follow‑up, and pipeline inside our systems.
- People‑oriented, positive, learning‑based.
- Strong communication skills and a service mindset.
- Ability to set goals and follow through with consistent weekly effort.
- Availability and flexibility to accommodate buyer schedules (some evenings/weekends).
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Reside within ~40 miles of Wilmington (19803).
- High school diploma or equivalent; authorized to work in the U.S.
- You must obtain a Delaware or Pennsylvania real‑estate license before working with clients.
- If you are not licensed yet, you should be prepared to complete licensing in about ~90 days with consistent weekly progress.
- Minimum commitment: 20 hours/week (part‑time) — full‑time encouraged.
- This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity (not W-2).
We operate primarily in New Castle County & Kent County (DE) and Delaware County & Chester County (PA).
