• Work with home buyers and home sellers to achieve home‑related goals.
• Generate and follow up with leads using proven scripts and systems.
• Consult, educate, and qualify buyers to understand goals and guide decisions.
• Schedule showings, show homes, and attend open houses.
• Support negotiations and coordinate communication to achieve the buyer’s goals.
• Manage required transaction documentation and help ensure a smooth closing.
• Track activity, follow‑up, and pipeline inside our systems.

• Ability to set goals and follow through with consistent weekly effort.
• Availability and flexibility to accommodate buyer schedules (some evenings/weekends).
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Reside within ~40 miles of Wilmington (19803).
• High school diploma or equivalent; authorized to work in the U.S.

• You must obtain a Delaware or Pennsylvania real‑estate license before working with clients.
• If you are not licensed yet, you should be prepared to complete licensing in about ~90 days with consistent weekly progress.
• Minimum commitment: 20 hours/week (part‑time) — full‑time encouraged.
• This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity (not W-2).

We operate primarily in New Castle County & Kent County (DE) and Delaware County & Chester County (PA).
