Our client, a leading commercial real estate services organization, is seeking a Property Manager to support multiple commercial properties
. In this role, you will support a portfolio of approximately 48 properties
, working closely with property managers, mobile engineers, vendors, and tenants to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and strong financial performance. This position is ideal for an experienced commercial property management professional who is highly organized, financially savvy, and comfortable stepping in to support multiple properties and stakeholders as needed. This role works Monday-Friday 8am-5pm on-site in Wilmington, DE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and support a multi-property portfolio, providing coverage for property managers as needed.
  • Assist with capital projects, property inspections, and coordination with mobile engineers.
  • Communicate regularly with tenants and vendors to address operational needs and service requests.
  • Coordinate with vendors on proposals, contracts, purchase orders, and invoicing.
  • Utilize P2P systems to manage contracts, POPs, and invoicing processes.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports to ownership, including variance explanations and budget-to-actual commentary.
  • Manage accounts receivable, including monitoring rent collections and issuing default notices when necessary.
  • Prepare budgets and complete CAM reconciliations.
  • Enter and manage expenses within Yardi.
  • Support portfolio-wide operational consistency and collaboration across property management and engineering teams.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of commercial property management experience
    .
  • Strong financial acumen with experience preparing budgets, CAM reconciliations, and variance analyses.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Team-oriented, people-focused professional with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Comfortable working across office and retail property types.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
