We are seeking an Associate Scientist
- Cell culture to join our team in Wilmington, Delaware. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing cell culture protocols, conducting experiments, and analyzing data to support the development of new products and technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in molecular biology, biochemistry, and cell biology, as well as experience with scientific computing and data analysis.
- Develop and optimize cell culture protocols for various cell types and applications
- Conduct experiments to test and validate new cell culture products and technologies
- Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and make recommendations for product improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new product and technology solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in cell culture and related fields, and apply this knowledge to improve our products and technologies
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. molecular biology, biochemistry, cell biology)
- 2+ years of experience in a cell culture or related field
- Strong background in molecular biology, biochemistry, and cell biology
- Experience with scientific computing and data analysis (e.g. Python, R, Excel)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
